He was predeceased by : his parents, Helena Baye (Erdmann) and Sylvan Baye; his significant other Ida Eileen McDaniel; his wife Doris Fulmer; his son Charles Lee; and his siblings, Rosalie Keelin, Katherine Moss, Francis Baye, Edmund Baye and Joseph Baye.
He is survived by : his children, Patricia Kaveney (Alan) of Joliet, David Baye (Margriet) of Woodland Park, Kathleen McCrohan (John) of Gaithersburg, Teresa Kelley and Michael Kimbro of Scotsdale. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren. and a host of other relatives and friends.
