She was predeceased by: her husband Ismael; her son Marty; her parents, Alejandro and Edumenia; and her sisters, Feloniz, Loveida and Lillian.

She is survived by: her children, Ruthie Banuelos (Jesus), Freddie Esquibel (Kathleen) and Terry Esquibel (Caren); her brother Larry; her grandchildren, Jesus Jr. Banuelos (Karla), Fabian Banuelos (Milinda), Adrian Banuelos (Gabrielle), Raymond Esquibel (Erika), Matthew Esquibel (Ruth), Yolanda Lajeuenesse (Joe), Freddie Esquibel Jr., Savannah Esquibel, Frankie Esquibel and Marty Esquibel; and her great grandchildren, Jesus III, Alysa Banuelos, Felipe Banuelos, Aurora Banuelos, Anastasia Banuelos, Monica Esquibel, Fabian Esquibel, Ayla Esquibel, Joseph Lajeuenesse, Jozleen Lajeuenesse, Janessa Lajeuenesse, Mia Esquibel and Lilyanna Banuelos.

Due to the COVID restrictions set in place by the Governor masks are MANDATORY to attend Adelma's Visitation, Rosary, Mass, and Burial.
