He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Howard and Lois Jean Friedline Walsh; and his daughter Nancy Welsh Hallberg. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Putnam Welsh; his son Gregory Howard Welsh (Lydia); his son-in-law Brian Hallberg; his grandchildren, Brandon Hallberg (Emily), Gretchen Hallberg Canfer (Josh), Dawnielle Fischer, Christopher Fischer (Shanneice) and Kevin Gilley; and his siblings, Dennis Welsh (Judy), Ronald Welsh (Donna) and Cathy Welsh. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
