William Deboer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Deboer of Alamogordo, New Mexico, born in Worthington, Minnesota, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William DeBoer and Sadie DeBoer (VanderPloeg); his parents-in-law, Sidney and Lillian Felty; his former wife Jean; his brother Burton; and his stepgrandson Joshua Mathson.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mathson of Austin; his sisters, Marie DeBoer and Jane Errett (Don); his sister-in-law Kay DeBoer; his children, Melissa Alcorn (Stephen) and Dustin DeBoer (Shanon); and his stepsons, John Mathson (Kim), Kirby Mathson (Tammi) and David Mathson (Renae). He is also survived by 27 step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
In lieu of cash memorials the family asks for donations to a charity that Arnie has enjoyed supporting over recent years.
