He was predeceased by: his parents, George Donald and Marcella Adam (Shackelford); and his siblings, Lois May Behm, Dwain Adam, Robert Adam, John (Anne Adam), Ted (Nann Adam), Tom (Ilene Adam), Cindy (Dale Berndt) and Peggy (Jim Weber).
He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy C. Ford (Connie); his wife Connie Adam (Ford); his sons, Bradley Adam (Lorraine) of Alamogordo, NM and Steven Adam (Terri) of Bangor, ME; and his grandchildren, Gordon, Dylan, Katherine and Daniel Adam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
