Shirley Luzier Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Luzier of Alamogordo, New Mexico, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie J. Sandstedt and Ruth H. Sandstedt; her sister Juanita "Sissy" Sandstedt; her sister-in-law Teri Sandstedt; her son-in-law Glen Mead; and also, Cyrus T. and Hazel Luzier (Veach).

She is survived by: her brother David Sandstedt; her nephew Christopher Sandstedt of St Peters; her children, Lawrence Ficarra (Sawangjit) of Wyoming, Alan Ficarra (Sandy) of Florida, Sandra Mead and Kathryn Josefosky (Chris) of Alamogordo; her grandchildren, Amanda Benitez (Jon) of El Paso, Brian Kohls (Richelle) of Alamogordo, Angelia Cox (Brandon) of Washington and Cody Ficarra of Florida; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Samaya, Jayce, Connor, Camryn, Ashton, Kacee and Scarlett; and her pets, Missy Pooh and Pepper Ann.
