He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan and Margaret; his son Raymond Artiaga; and his grandson Ramon Artiaga. He is survived by: his children, Ernesto Artiaga (Rosario), Alice Anderson (Jerry), Billy Artiaga (Viola), Lilly Johnson and Sam Trujillo (Robyn); his grandchildren, Reynette, Reymenia, Reynaldo, Reyna, Joseph, Michael, Carlos, Mercedes, Crystal, Billie Ana, Britne, Jeremy and Jason; and his siblings, Benny Trujillo (Natalia), Johnny Trujillo, Richard Trujillo (Julie), Jessie Trujillo, Pricilla Gutierrez and Sally Abshire. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 43 great-great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
