He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy E. Bloch (Crase). He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Barry Bloch, Nanci Selk (Steve) and Elaine Stokvis; his grandchildren, Zachary Stokvis (Devon), Servaas Stokvis (Olivia), Ashton Stokvis (Hayden), Micah Selk (Breanna), Ethan Selk and Cydney Selk; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Kaden, Addy, Josiah and Jace; his brother Robert Bloch (Nikki); his sister-in-law Julia Karr; and his friends, Peter and Joan Vaughan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
