He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew White and Helen White (Goforth); his siblings, Andy and Jeanette; and his in-laws, Dr. Jerry and Barbara Birdwell.
He is survived by: his wife Kitty White; his children, Todd White (Felicia) of Albuquerque, Micki Gabaldon (Sean) of Belen and Gary (Lucinda) of Denver; his grandchildren, Quinn, Nathan, Catherine, Preston, Jonathan and Lucas; and his stepgrandchildren, Connor, Christian, Lizzy and Mia. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
