He was predeceased by: his parents, Helario Candelaria and Dolores Candelaria; and his brother Christopher Candelaria. He is survived by: his children, Sara Candelaria of Alamogordo, Maria Candelaria of Alamogordo and Gabriel Castillo (Teresa) of Alamogordo; his stepsons, Manuel Vigil (Shannon) of Las Cruces and Dillon Koch of Alamogordo; and his siblings, Larry Candelaria (Linda) of Roswell, Chuy Candelaria (Tonie) of Roswell, Cecilia Grubb (Joseph) of Alamogordo and Lisa Munoz (Eddie) of Alamogordo. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
