He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Romero and Isabel Romero; and his wife Pasquala. He is survived by: his children, Mary Helen Anderson (Jaime), Alice Cervantez (Albert), Raymond Romero Jr. (Lori) and Roger Romero; and his brother Johnny Herrera. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, 2 stepsons, 2 step-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
