He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Starr and Cecil Starr. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Starr; his stepmother Helen Kester; his pets, Marley and Rufus; and his stepfather Ralph Gene Kester. He is also survived by co-workers, family and friends.
A rosary will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Jude Parish Catholic Church (1404 College Ave, Alamogordo, NM 88310). A Mass will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
