He is survived by: his wife MaryBaxter; his stepdaughter Rebecca LaBlanc; his sons, Delbert Baxter, Jr. (Heather) and Eddie Baxter (Theresa); his grandson Brandin Baxter (Janet); and his brother Johnny Baxter (Judy).
