She was predeceased by: her sister Celest Ann. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Jerome and Diane; and her daughters-in-law, Cindy and Jennifer Mooney. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
