It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oscar Cereceres (Alamogordo, New Mexico), born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Guerrero "Oscar" Cereceres; and his sisters, Sally and Norma. He is survived by: his mother Mary Rubio (Manuel) of Roswell, NM; his children, Carmelita Wasson (Steven) of Nevada City, CA, Oscar Cody Cereceres (Amanda) of Alamogordo, NM and Juan Cereceres (Angel) of Alamogordo, NM; his siblings, Elsie Candelaria (Edward), Marty Cereceres, Rosie Perez, Adrian Rubio, David Rubio and Lupita Rubio; and his grandchildren, Summer, Sybella, Aria, Paisley, Juanito and Hazel. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
