He is survived by: his wife Dianne Avila; his sons, Bobby Malett (Trish) and Jeremy Malett (Della); his grandchildren, Kody Malett (Breanna), Trenton Malett, McKayla Malett, Brayden Rooney and Katelyn Rooney; his great grandchildren, Beau Dean Malett and Paislee Elizabeth Malett; and his siblings, Dennis Avila (Marian), Gary Avila (Becky), Larry Avila (Patsy) and Diane Avila (Eric Szeman). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
