He was predeceased by: his wife Shelly Kizer; his parents, William Kizer and Bernice Kizer; and his brother William Kizer, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Brittany Kizer (Pablo Ochoa) of Alamogordo, NM, Shawna Dusharm (Melvin) of Colorado Springs, CO, Shanda Rue of Fort Worth, TX, Michael Kizer II of Dover, DE, Damon Kizer (April) of Alamogordo, NM and Jordan Kizer (Esperanza) of Alamogordo, NM; and his sisters, Marylyn Kenerly of Dayton, OH and Patricia Branhan Hollis. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
