It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuelita Erlinda Martinez (Alamogordo, New Mexico), born in Raton, New Mexico, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lazaro Martinez and Ramoncita Martinez (Ulibarri); and her siblings, Magdalena Lujan, Patrocinia Gomez, Mele Cordova, Mary Lou Quesada and Joe Martinez.
She is survived by: her husband Jose Martinez of Alamogordo; her children, Maria Mendoza of Alamogordo, Ana Martinez of Ruidoso, Jesusita "Sita" Mendez (Sergio) of Denton, TX, Paul Martinez (Belia) of Livermore, CA, Carlos Martinez (Theresa) of Alamogordo and Miguel Martinez of Avondale, AZ; and her siblings, Larry Martinez and Barbara Martinez of Albuquerque. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
