With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Shankweiler (Alamogordo, New Mexico), who passed away on September 13, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Shankweiler. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Folan (Jim) and Gary Shankweiler (Jean); her sister Evelyn Lewis; her nephew Jim Lewis; and her niece Ruth Christopher. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Grace United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
