She is survived by: her children, William Murphy Hayhurst (Linda), Alva Ray Hayhurst (Carie) and Betty Lois Williamson (Grady); her siblings, Leonard Akers, Noel Akers and Ina Lee Barrett; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Sheryll, James, Minnie, Shelley, Tammy and Edward. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
