He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Vann (McBroom) and Eldon Ruffus Vann; and his siblings, Barbara Worley, Nolan Vann and Melton Vann.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Vann; his daughter Tracy Northern; his siblings, Carroll Vann (Toni) and Ruby Millhouse; and his uncles, Eulas Vann and Vennis Vann. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
