He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mulkey and Effie Mulkey. He is survived by: his aunt Patsy; his nephew Alan; his uncle Alan (Patsy); his friends, Lee and Patsy; his wife Patsy Ruth Mulkey (James); his sons, Scott Lane Mulkey (Kristin), Steven Lee Mulkey (Molly) and Thomas Lynn Mulkey; his grandchildren, Amanda Privett (Dylan Lee Privett), Caleb Aaron Mulkey, Anna Kathryn Mulkey, Emily Ruth Mulkey of Ruben, T. J, Kaylee R. DerGregorian (Coleton DerGregorian) of Steven, A. S, Jonathan Wayne Mulkey, Montana Lynn Mulkey and Gage Ekaitis; his great grandchildren, Graham Lee Privett, Chad Wayne Mulkey and Jerek Newman Mulkey; and his siblings-in-law, Alvin James (Sandra) and Glenda James. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Corona Museum which was one of Lee's favorite projects.
