He is survived by: his daughter Annalee D. Eaker; his parents, Kent Eaker and Margaret Eaker; and his siblings, John Hopper (Terry Hopper), Thomas Holladay (Elizabeth Holladay), William Holladay, Cheryl Grant (Jason Grant) and Kathy Eaker (Chris Danler). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
