He is survived by: his children, John Hopper, Cheryl Grant, William Holladay (Amanda West), Thomas Holladay (Elizabeth Holladay) and Kathy Eaker (Chris Danler); and his sisters, Shelly Gonzales (Matt) and Tina Shields. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
