He is survived by: his wife Janet Cooper; his children, Timothy J Cooper of Las Vegas, NV, Joe Cooper of Las Vegas, NV, Athena Cooper of Oklahoma City, OK and Deborah Blackaby of Siloam, AR; his siblings, William Cooper, Eddie Cooper, Roland Cooper and Mary Ann Smida; and his grandchildren, Justin Andrew Cooper, Dyches and Heather Cooper. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
