He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Patrick and Mable Ann Patrick (Tabor); and his sister Louise Van Cleave. He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Zalon-Verdon (Sandy); his son-in-law Arnold Zalon of Chicago, IL; his sons, Dr. Douglas Patrick (Kristina Marzano) of Alamogordo, NM and Scott Patrick (Lisa) of Western Springs, IL.; his great grandchildren, Madison Zalon and Theodore Zalon of Wheaton, IL.; and also, Jennifer Zalon, Andy Zalon (Lauren) of Wheaton, IL, Zachary Patrick and Maureen Patrick of Western Springs, IL.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and array of good friends.
