He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Coody and Geneva Coody; his brother Charles F. Coody Jr.; and his son Jesse Coody. He is survived by: his wife Martha Jean; his brother Carl Coody (Francis); his sister-in-law Thelma Coody; his children, Kathy Coody, David Coody (Christena) and Lisa Coody; his grandchildren, Megan (Patrick), Sue (Blake), Kelsey (Kyle), Paige, Jace and Stephanie; and his great grandchildren, Brody, Jaci, Jessie and Asher.
