With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry O'Dell Carter (Alamogordo, New Mexico), born in Tularosa, New Mexico, who passed away on August 14, 2018 at the age of 49. He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Martin; his siblings, Michael Martin and Cami Kemp; and his grandparent Nellie Martin. He is survived by: his wife Becca; his son Gavin; his siblings, Teddi Cardiel (Adam), Robert Braziel (Joy), David Carter (Sarah), Krickette Carter, Justin Carter and Tandy Neel; his siblings-in-law, Daniel Lowe (Sharee) and Amanda Lowe (David); his parents-in-law, Mike Lowe and Glenda Lowe; his grandmother Juanita Campbell; and also, Brianna Braziel, Uncle Harold Martin (Vi), Uncle David Martin, Uncle Johnny Martin (Janet), Aunt Sandy Grago (David) and Aunt Virginia Harris (Wayne). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins extended family and friends.
