He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter O. Chase and Bernice Peterson Chase; his siblings, Bob Chase, Carol Fuhrer, Jan Linde and Betty Yuly; and his granddaughter Aexis Pohl.
He is survived by: his wife Sofia Chase; and his children, Deborah Chase Hamrick of Haslet, Jackie Chase Pohl of McKinney, Texas and Darin Chase of Gonzales, Louisiana. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Alamogordo Funeral Home Chapel (2301 E 1st St, Alamogordo, NM 88310).
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Korean War Veterans Association or the charity of their choice.
