We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2019, at the age of 92, Harvey Franklin (Alamogordo, New Mexico), born in Roswell, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wanda Lippard; and his sons, Steven (Jeanne), Franklin (Kerie) and Larry (Tresa). He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
