He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford B. Tyree (Bob) and Geneva Grassi. He is survived by: his friend Danny Portilo; his children, Leyon Tyree, Elvis Dean Tyree (Deanna), Tammie Tyree, Mandy Moga (Nic), Jason Tyree (Megan), Lisa Tyree-Pratt (Mike) and Clarissa Humm-Tyree (Mike); his grandchildren, Joseph, Mason, Gabriel, Cheyenne, Aalise, Brianna, Wriley, Logen, Makenna, Harper, Izac and Maks; his great grandchild Sabrina; and his siblings, Richard Tyree, Tina Tyree (Todd Kruse) and Dorie Hammond (Larry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
