He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McGinnis (Joe) and Wava McGinnis (Lamm); his wife Bettie McGinnis; and his son Sgt. Major Lonnie Rolls. He is survived by: his son Kenny McGinnis (Judy) of Parks; his granddaughter Tara Lynn (Devan); his daughter Debra Davis (Ken) of Buckeye, AZ; his grandchildren, Master, Gary Jon Roe (Renalyn), Lonnie Roe Cassey Davis (Amy) and Ashley Davis; his daughter-in-law Kathy Rolls of Orangeburg, SC; his grandchildren, Shannon Goff, Misty Strickland (Darren), Amanda Rolls (Brian) and Abby Seals; and his sister-in-law Virginia.
