He was predeceased by: his mother Velma Lowe; his son Kenneth; his parent T. J. Lowe; his brother Jackie; and his nephew Hermon.
He is survived by: his brother Wendell Lowe (Yvonne) of Douglasville, GA; his wife Margaret Wilson; his granddaughters, Pamela and Denise; his daughters, Pamela (Victor) of Harker Heights, TX and Denise of Alamogordo, NM; his sister-in-law Jetta Lee of Alamogordo, NM; his nieces and nephews, Thurman (Darlene) of La Luz, NM, Gary (Sheri), Sharon (John) of Douglasville, GA. and Jan of Douglasville, GA.; and his grandchildren, Chris, Melissa, Skyy, Angel, Ryan and Derrick. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
