She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Perez and Theresa Perez Sr.; her sister Elizabeth "Liz" Perez Luna; her niece Heather Perez; and her brother-in-law Rudy Castillo.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Consalvi; her children, Andrew Villarreal (Leticia), Samuel Villarreal (Sally) of Alice, TX, Thomas Villarreal (Monica) of San Antonio, TX, Brenda Viola of Austin, TX and Melinda Gonzalez of New Mexico; and her siblings, Frances Muniz (Floyd) of Amarillo, TX, Lucy Liscanco (Frank) of Lubbock, TX, Josie Pena of New Mexico, Mary Castillo (late Rudy) of Lubbock, TX, Jesse Perez Jr. (Debbie) of Sun City and Danny Perez (Sharon) of Amarillo, TX. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
