It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Louise Kuwanoe (Alamogordo, New Mexico), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Hanton and Helen M. Hanton (Decker); her sister Helen M. Kuwahara (Denis); and her sister-in-law Jean Ann Sebold. She is survived by: her husband Kalani K. Kuwanoe; her children, Laura Walls (Michael) of Alamogordo, Gena Oehlerich (Christopher) of Las Vegas, NV, Frank T. Kuwanoe and David M. Kuwanoe (Sheryl); her grandchildren, Katherine Post (James), Alana Shadburn (Phillip), Owen, Baily, Dylan and Sean Kuwanoe; and her great grandchildren, Sean Post, Adrian, Oswald and Fredrick Shadburn.
