He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee D Abeyta and Mary Abeyta (Dominguez); his grandmother Ermelinda Dominguez; his siblings, Jimmy Dominguez, Raymond Dominguez, Bobby Norris, David Norris, John Earl "Butch" Norris, Rosie Scott, Mary Trigg, Yvonne Patterson, Linda Norris and Mary Magdalene; his nieces, Autumn Norris and Grey Dixon; and his great-nephew Jacob Norris.
He is survived by: his daughter Ava Thompson (Shawn); his grandchildren, Cidni and Seth; his siblings, Tony Norris, Joseph "Joe" Norris, Jean Hafley and Shirley Norris-Dixon (Dwayne); and his sister-in-law Dianna Norris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was always ready to help his family and friends and was faithful with his contributions to the church.
