He is survived by: his parents, Olive West and Earl West; his siblings, Morris West and Judy Havens; his granddaughter Brandie Ragan; his sister Joanne Fobes; his children, Deborah Ragan and Russell West; his grandchildren, Joshua Ragan (Nicole), Joseph Ragan (Carla), Thomas Ragan (Jennifer), Levi Ragan (Cassandra) and Amber West; his great grandchildren, Noah, Cameron, Cassandra, Ryder, Archer, Isaac and Fischer; and also Lois Hanna.
