We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023, at the age of 77, Douglas Oliver Cowley of Alamogordo, New Mexico, born in San Antonio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cowley and Hazel Cowley; and his sister Marlo Koceski (Cowley). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cowley (Higginbotham); his sons, Jack Douglas Cowley (Dennisa Cowley), Ronald Scott Cowley, Robert Neil Cowley and Terry Vince Cowley; and his sister Betty Cowley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
