It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donaciano Chavez of Alamogordo, New Mexico, born in Duran, New Mexico, who passed away on March 2, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrio Chavez and Isabel Madril Chavez; his wife Alice Garcia Chavez; and his siblings, Betty Flores, Francisco Chavez and Agustine Chavez.
He is survived by: his children, MargaretRose Garcia (Orlando), DonaldRay Chavez and Celena R. Soto (Tony); and his granddaughters, Carisima Reynolds (Anthony), Micaela O'Neal (Ben) and Isabella Walker (James). He is also survived by his family and his friends.
