He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Gragg and Bessie Gragg; and his brother Gary Gragg. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sue Gragg of Alamogordo, NM; and his sons, James Dee Gragg and David Lee Gragg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
