She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Rand and Janice L. Rand. She is survived by: her husband David Bizzell; her children, Megan and Zachary; her stepson David James; her stepmother Doris Rand; and her siblings, John (Belinda), Christopher Rand, Jennifer (Michael Soda) and Laura St. Clair. She is also survived by many step brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
