He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Adam Chambers and Myrtle Berne Chambers; and his son Dean. He is survived by: his wife Gay; his children, Darell Chambers (Stella), Lisa Chambers and Cheryl Chambers Waugh (Brian); his grandsons, Derek (Erin) and Dylan; and his great grandchild Emeri.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or Paws and Stripes.
