He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene Lee Cobb and Alice Marie Swafford Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cassidy Cobb; his son Jesse David Cobb of Alamogordo; his granddaughter Lilyah Jean Rutledge-Cobb of Alamogordo; and his sister Paula Cobb.
