He was predeceased by: his father Frank Cobb; his grandparents, William, Lillie Sudduth and Olive Mae Cobb; and his uncle Steve Cobb.

He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Sudduth of Fayette, AL; and his siblings, Francesa Sudduth of Fayette, AL, Patrick Sudduth of Alamogordo, Willie Sudduth of Atlanta, GA and Allen Sudduth (LaTosha) of Duncanville, AL. He is also survived by 6 aunts; 3 uncles; 3 nephews, 1 niece; as well as many cousins and devoted friends.

He volunteered with children and did charity work for the community as well as attending the University of New Mexico.
