He is survived by: his wife Luisa Otero; his sons, Billy Otero Jr., Victor Ortega and David Ortega (Cindy); his grandchildren, Domanik, Skylynn, Keana, Senovia, Thomas and Antonio; his great grandchild Beau; and his siblings, Gabriel, Junior, Robert, Johnny and Mary. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
