He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Zid Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughter Eva Nebelsick (Tony); his grandchildren, Andrea Penka (David) and Evan Nebelsick; his great grandchildren, Luke Penka and Elena Penka; and his sisters, Juanita Oster (Leon) and Joy Duke. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews, cousins.
