He was predeceased by: his parents, Benard Pickering and Hattie Pickering (Lankford); and his son David. He is survived by: his wife Stella M Pickering (Byrne). He is also survived by six brothers and one sister.
Because of the current COVID-19 situation, military honors will be conducted at a later date.
