He was predeceased by: his sisters, Lois, Libby, Kristy, Lynn, Marilyn and Beth; his grandparents, Edward C. and Wilda Mae Shanefelter; and his friend Tom Monahan.
He is survived by: his uncle George; his pet Slim; his brothers, Glen, Don, Kevin and Keith; his nieces and nephews, Shirlene, Crystal, Nicole, Stephanie, Jennifer, Kaci, Suzanne, Amber, Shawne, Sherry, Ben, Larkin, Todd, Randy, Jonathan, Daniel and Dylan; and his cousin Mark Smith.
