He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Barbosa and Maria Barbosa; and his brother Jesus Barbosa. He is survived by: his wife Juana Barbosa; his children, Rudy, Cristina Barbosa, Saul, Amanda Barbosa, Delia and Luis Ochoa; his siblings, Consuelo (Jim), Hugo (Vicky Barbosa), Martha (Stanley Gemmell) and Joel (Norma Barbosa); and his grandchildren, Jose Barbosa, Jr., Ananda Diaz, Pita Barbosa, Jesus Ochoa, Diego Ochoa, Bella Ochoa, Gio Barbosa and Gianna Juarez. He is also survived by numerous nephews/ nieces.
Given the recent COVID 19 mandates issued by the Governor of New Mexico, any gatherings are limited to five individuals at a time whether that be at the Immaculate Conception Church or at the Alamogordo Funeral Home.
Should family and friends wish to make contributions in memory of Adolfo Barbosa, the family is requesting donations/contributions be made to the El Paso Children's Hospital in El Paso, Texas.
