She is survived by: her husband James Fasulka; her siblings, Dianne Greenemeir of Whiting, NJ and Ernest Kurti of Wrightstown, NJ; her daughters, Kimberlee Nash (Derek) of Isle and Leanne Fasulka of Robbinsville, NJ; and her granddaughter Larissa Nash (Dominic Borelli). She is also survived by niece and 2 nephews' and several cousins.
